Scenario & Co is an Australian screen company founded by Victoria and Richard Carwin. Based in Sydney and working internationally, we develop original scripted television, feature film and digital-first formats for the global market.
Our focus is on distinctive original IP with strong creative identity and commercial potential. We partner with writers, creatives and industry collaborators to develop projects for co-production, financing, commissioning and international distribution.
Rather than chasing volume, we build a carefully curated slate. Every project begins with authentic provenance, exclusive access or lived experience, creating stories with a point of difference that cannot easily be replicated.

OUR DIVISIONS
Richard Carwin
CO-FOUNDER | PRODUCER
Richard is a producer, creator and actor with experience across film, television and digital productions. He works closely with Scenario's creative development, bringing performance, production and audience perspectives into the development process.
Alongside producing, Richard continues to work professionally as an actor across Australian and international productions.
Victoria Carwin
FOUNDER | PRODUCER | CREATOR
Victoria develops original screen projects from concept through to market, working across development, writing, producing and strategic packaging. With a background spanning production, photography and talent management, she combines creative development with a strong understanding of audience positioning, financing and international partnerships.
Scenario Productions
Develops original scripted television, feature films and digital-first formats for the international market. We work from concept through development, packaging and partnership, collaborating with broadcasters, streamers, distributors, co-producers and private investors.
Scenario Artists
Boutique talent management representing established and emerging actors working across Australian and international productions.
